Our highly trained and experienced workforce deliver full hazardous area inspection services for clients in the oil and gas, marine and heavy engineering industries.
Our Inspectors and Technicians are fully trained and accredited to carry out hazardous area inspections and remedial services. Our Inspectors work in compliance with all current legislation, classification society requirements/guidelines and to any additional client policies, procedures and standing instructions for hazardous area installations. Our expertise ensures our clients’ electrical equipment in hazardous areas conforms to stringent safety standards.
From their detailed inspections, our teams compile comprehensive hazardous area equipment registers. Any equipment found to fall below prescribed standards is recorded in a defects register and repaired or replaced. With full inspections required every three to five years (client dependent), these registers provide a highly useful source of information.
We at KEE have recognised the need for keeping accurate, up to date records for equipment, which requires regular routine maintenance. We have therefore developed our Hazardous Areas Database System to combine easy and accurate input of data with a high speed data access, levelled access security and automatic notification of outstanding items.
One of the most important elements in the use of any system is that of Operator Interface. KEE therefore train all our operatives and in turn offer full training to the client’s personnel. Training can take place at the client’s office base or on site.
