All our projects are guided by our standardized Quality Assurance (QA) Processes or Plans. KEE has a defined internal quality control procedure as part of internal business processes.
The purpose of the quality control procedure is to ensure that all deliverables made to clients are of the highest quality, maximise the benefit of our solutions to our clients, comply with relevant regulations and standards and minimise risks in programme delivery.
All KEE employees are required to comply with the quality control procedure and the relevant quality control processes. Our project quality plan shall contain clearly defined roles and responsibilities to aid the project delivery.
