Health & Safety
We make safety a core value because it is the right thing to do. But we also know that our health, safety and environmental program benefit our customers.
To this end, KEE invests heavily in the training of our personnel. The offshore oil, marine & heavy engineering industries and the requirements of safety in these industries are the guidelines for our safety standards and procedures.
We observe the highest standards of health and safety. It is our policy to reduce or prevent where possible, all risks associated with the health and safety of both our employees and the general public.
All KEE personnel have attained passes in a number of safety courses prior to attending a client’s installation. Our clients’ safety standards are always at the fore in our planning and we are fully committed to using their standards as an umbrella for our own.
All employees are actively encouraged to participate in evaluating and promoting safety in the workplace. KEE feel that in having an open, free and level discussion forum for safety we have helped dispel the ‘sweep under the carpet’ attitude to safety that once permeated the industry.
Our health and safety policy is documented in our quality management system (QMS) handbook, which can be made available on request. Implementing and maintaining a comprehensive and effective health and safety program will ensure the safety of our employees, property and the environment.
KEE policy requires every person working for and with KEE to become familiar with the standard health and safety policies as required by the client.
